go to http://moneymakingsurveysites.blogspot.com/ and look for the payday advance link.. it’s mid way down the front page.. you can get up to $ 1500 i think, some states are only $ 500 though.. no faxing, cash overnight

Go to a bank or to a relative. Sell something or pawn something or get a job.

My uncle asked me this recently, and I couldn’t offer any advice. The only bad credit loan companies I know about are the payday and car title lenders.

Not sure what you are asking. If a loan company goes out of business YOU would be the one owing them. You don’t pay someone in andvance to loan you money. If you did, then you were scammed.

Any “private lenders” that post here or on any other message board are scammers located in West Africa.
They will aprove you for loan but require you to pay a fee to them upfront before they will release the funds. If you pay the fee, they disappear.

I have a UK company. I want to take a loan but not a dividend. Can I take the money out of the company and pay it into my personal account and then pay it back intrest free.
How should it be recorded? There are only two members on the board Director and secretary.

Yeah, it should be recorded in the minutes and signed by both board members.
